Terms of Service

Effective October 21, 2026

These Terms govern your use of QRCreator at qrcreator.space (the "Service"), operated by ExtroVision Digital Solution, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account, paying for a plan, or using the free generator, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

1. The Service

Static QR codes are free. The data is stored inside the image itself, the code is generated in your browser, and it keeps working without us.

Dynamic QR codes require a paid plan. They encode a short link on our domain (qrcreator.space/r/…) that redirects to a destination you can change at any time, and we count scans. Dynamic codes depend on the Service staying available.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, give accurate details, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are compromised, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

Because dynamic codes redirect through our domain, you must not point any code at content that:

  • is illegal, or infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • is phishing, malware, a scam, or otherwise deceptive;
  • impersonates a person or organization;
  • sexually exploits minors, or promotes violence or illegal goods;
  • sends unsolicited bulk messages (spam).

You are solely responsible for every destination you set. We may pause, disable or delete any code, and suspend any account, that we reasonably believe breaks this section, without notice where the risk is serious.

4. Your content

You own what you enter (code names, destinations, labels, logos) and give us a limited license to store, process and redirect it only to run the Service. You must have the rights to any logo you upload. We claim no ownership of the QR images you generate.

5. Plans, prices and payment

Plans and prices are listed in US dollars on the pricing page. Payment is made through PayPal (or Wise) and is not automatic: there is no card stored and no auto-renewal. You pay for a monthly or yearly period, submit the transaction ID, and we activate your plan after confirming the payment, usually within one business day. Prices may change for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for. You are responsible for any sales or use taxes that apply to you.

6. When a plan ends: the 30-day grace period

When a paid period ends your account returns to the free plan. Existing dynamic codes keep redirecting for 30 days, and we email you before and after expiry. After the grace period, scans show a neutral "code inactive" page. Your short links are never resold or pointed anywhere else, and renewing restores them immediately with their scan history. Deleting a code, or closing your account, stops its short link permanently.

7. Printed materials — please read

A dynamic code only works while the Service and your plan (or grace period) are active. Static codes can never be edited. Always test-scan final artwork before printing. We are not responsible for printing, production, reprint or campaign costs, or for any loss caused by a code that stops working, will not scan, or points to an unintended destination.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service and the redirect online but provide it on a commercially reasonable basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply only as far as the law permits.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your destinations or content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by not renewing, or ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end access for breach, non-payment beyond the grace period, or legal reasons.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app; continuing to use the Service after they take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, have jurisdiction — without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own state or country.
