QR code for Google reviews
Happy customers leave reviews when it takes ten seconds. A QR code at the counter opens your Google review form directly — no searching for your business.
1. What should it do?
2. Destination
Right now this link is locked into the code forever. With a dynamic code you could change where it points after it's printed, and see how many people scanned it.
See dynamic plans3. Design
A logo raises error correction to the highest level automatically. 25% is the tested ceiling — past that the code stops resolving.
Fill in a destination to download.
Print at 2 cm or larger, and always test-scan the final artwork.
How it works
Copy your review link
Sign in to your Google Business Profile, choose “Ask for reviews” (or “Get more reviews”), and copy the short link Google gives you.
Paste it here
Paste the link into the generator above. Scan the preview with your phone — it should open your review form.
Print it where people are happy
Checkout counters, receipts, table tents, thank-you cards and delivery bags all work well.
Ask the right way
Google’s review rules don’t allow paying or rewarding people for reviews, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy. A plain “Enjoyed your visit? Tell us on Google” next to the code is all you need.
Know if it’s working
A free code sends people to your review form, but it can’t count scans. With a dynamic code you see how many people scanned it each day — so you can tell whether the counter sign or the receipt is doing the work — and you can point it somewhere else later without reprinting.
Questions
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile. Search for your business on Google while signed in to the account that manages it, or go to your Business Profile Manager, then choose “Ask for reviews” to copy a short review link.
Will the QR code open the review form directly?
Yes. The review link Google gives you opens your business with the review box ready, so customers can rate and write straight away.
Can I offer a discount for a review?
No. Google’s policies prohibit offering incentives for reviews, and reviews obtained that way can be removed. Just ask.
Does the QR code ever expire?
A static code never expires. It works for as long as the review link it contains is valid.
Need to change it after printing?
Dynamic QR codes let you change where a printed code points, any time, and show how many people scanned it.
