Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ExtroVision Digital Solution ("we") collects through QRCreator at qrcreator.space, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
1. What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, optional business name, and a securely hashed password (we cannot read it).
Payment information: the plan you chose and the PayPal or Wise transaction ID you submit. Payments are processed by PayPal or Wise; we never receive or store card numbers or bank logins.
What you put into codes: code names, destination links, labels and any logo you upload.
Scan data (dynamic codes only): when someone scans a dynamic code we record the time, device type and operating system, an approximate city and country, the referring source if any, and a salted one-way hash of the IP address. We never store the raw IP address; the hash only lets us count unique devices.
Free generator: static codes are created in your browser. We do not receive what you put into them.
Technical data: standard server logs used to run and secure the Service. We use a single sign-in cookie, and no advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- to provide the Service: generate codes, run redirects and show scan analytics to the code's owner;
- to confirm payments, activate plans, and send account and expiry-reminder emails;
- to prevent abuse and enforce our Terms;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We only send service emails (account, payment, plan expiry). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run QRCreator, under appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting — our web host stores the database (servers located in India);
- PayPal / Wise — to process your payment;
- Email delivery — to send service emails;
- IP geolocation — if enabled, to estimate a scan's city and country.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our users, the public, or our rights.
4. People who scan your codes
If you put a dynamic code in front of the public, the people who scan it generate the scan data above. We keep it minimal by design. You are responsible for any notice your own business must give its audience.
5. How long we keep it
Scan data is kept for the history window of your plan. Account data is kept while your account is open and for a limited time afterwards, plus anything we must keep for tax or legal reasons. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless the law requires otherwise. Deleting your account stops your dynamic codes from working.
6. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-account access controls and hashed IP addresses. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. To make a request, email support@qrcreator.space from the address on your account; we may need to verify it's you.
8. Children
QRCreator is not directed at children under 13, and accounts are for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We are based in India and our servers are located there. By using the Service you understand your information will be processed in India.
